![]() Today we're finishing up another successful run at the Strictly Sail Show in Chicago, staffed by our wonderful volunteers. We've talked with returning Conference participants, brand new sailors, groups of girlfriends who want to attend together, potential speakers and presenters for next year, and more than one or two disappointed men who wish they could attend. With all this excitement generated, we're thrilled to announce that we've already passed the 30% mark in registrations! We are confident that the Conference will sell out for the sixth year in a row. If you are considering registering, don't wait. And remember that workshop assignments are made on a first come-first served basis. If you want to be sure to get the classes that interest you most, get your registration form and check in the mail today. Registration for the 2016 Midwest Women's Sailing Conference is now open! Download the entire brochure, or just the registration form. Remember that the form must be mailed as a hard copy along with your payment check. Once we receive both, we assign you a registration number (kind of like seniority) that confirms your place in line for workshop choice. The sooner you register, the greater chance you'll get the workshops you want!
The 2016 registration form will be available to download on January 11, 2016. It's not too early to start your planning though! The workshop schedule and instructor information are available now.
Register Early. Space is limited and the conference has sold out every year! Registering early also increases your chance to get your first choice workshops. When we do sell out, a waiting list will be established and those placed on the list will be contacted. ![]() Be sure to visit us at the show on January 14–19, 2016 in Booth S2805. And while you're there, don't miss MWSC chairperson Phyllis McDonald's presentation, See Your Engine Through a Lady Sailor’s Eyes. She'll be presenting a hands-on version of this Diesel Engine class at the Conference, but the Boat Show is a great sneak peek! |
