Rocking It In the Galley
Lisa Skluzacek

Wait!!! What about the food? Learn how to become a Galley Goddess. In this course, you will learn practical provisioning and cooking for trips with minimal opportunities for restocking. We will go over tips on galley set up and storage, meal planning, and provisioning. We will review tried and true recipes. And, importantly, how to communicate to the rest of the crew about how they can help. You don’t have to do everything yourself! There will be simple recipes that are proven to work on a two-burner stove and can serve up to 14 people.
